Seraphim visited Wonderland, this evening. Straight off, at the landing point, it was obvious this wasn’t a conventional ‘Wonderland’…
… it was quite surreal…
… while obvious ‘Wonderland’ tropes were there, there were also more ancient, pre-‘Wonderland’, but still, somehow, ‘Wonderland’ themes…
… it all worked well, together, and was very pretty…
… quite ancient themes were to be seen…
… and some scenes…
… were simply stunning.
Seraphim has started a painting of herself and two of her beloved, animesh bunnies (:
Seraphim decided to go walkabout, today, something she’s not done for a long time, possibly years. Starting at the Story Motel, she just walked around, looking at houses from the street… too many nasty ‘ejects’, over the years, have made her extremely wary of going onto peoples plots, no matter how inviting they look. This one was wonderfully ‘suburban’…

… this one, slightly more so. There are so many wonderful homes to see, sometimes, when you just walk about (:
Seraphim returned to gorgeous Pandasia, to shoot some cheesecake images of herself, but quickly became more interested in continuing her exploration, as she realised how large the place is…

… magical animals everywhere…
… and hidden places…
… with more gorgeous, magical animals…
… a truely delightful sim to melt your heart (:
Seraphim has hardly visited any galleries for at least a year, more like two… and, suddenly, she’s visited two in a few days! Today she visited The Lost Unicorn Gallery…
… she was very impressed. The gallery is beautifully decorated, and the art, which is all fantasy art, is very good… it’s easy for this genre of art to be cliched, but almost all the images on display, here, were above-average works…
… and beautifully large…
… Seraphim can’t remember when she last saw so many excellent works in a single gallery…
… she thoroughly enjoyed wandering around this large space…
… and found the range of works delightful…
… none of them appeared to be for sale…
… but, if they had been, this is the kind of place where, a few years ago, Seraphim would have blown a small fortune!
Seraphim went back to Sol Existence, this morning. She visited here about 18 months ago, but didn’t really spend a lot of time here. She remembered it’s windswept, island-in-the-sea aspect, so she rugged up in thick wool before she went…
… she found these guys pretty cute…
… but these stone buildings just blow her mind…
… especially this one…
… the detail and texturing are exquisite…
… some of the most beautifully made buildings she’s ever seen in SL…
… the sim builder/s had seen fit to park a huge, cheesy balloon right next to the far side of this gorgeous building, which ruled out any decent shot from that angle, and the one from this angle took a fair bit of manoeuvring in order to exclude the balloon’s cartoonish bulk… but Seri is pleased with the result.
Seraphim asked Cruella Pennell for a greyscale copy of her stunning Poinsettia hair, so she could promote it… Cruella sent her the fatpack! Seri went for the pink/purple one…
… she adores this rich, wine-like purple colour…
… the floral ornaments are optional, have to be added… they have their own HUD to change their patterns/colours…
… each colour range of Adoness hair has several variations of shade, which, even within their range, give you quite a distinct variety of colours…

… as ‘Doris’ was the only ‘greyscale’ style, she was drawn to it, first…
… like all the Adoness hair she has tried, so far, it is nicely dramatic…
… a style for all those occasions that you don’t want to wear a beanie.
