Shiny Little Love

Seraphim and her shiny little love, Evie, recently visited Tralala’s Diner… a post-apocalyptic build of incredibly dense detail…

ShinyPlasticLove

…where Evie, once again, melted Seri’s heart with her adorableness…

ShinyPlasticLove2

… they struggled through the appalling lag in the otherwise stunning build, finding fascinating object after fascinating tableau…

ShinyPlasticLove3

… seemingly every wrecked vehicle Seraphim has ever seen in SL, was here…

ShinyPlasticLove4

… every neon sign, every decayed object…

ShinyPlasticLove5

… in particular, every cat of any kind, you name it, it was here…

ShinyPlasticLove6

… in an old, iron-clad shed, they found several variations on the dissected cat theme… one, in particular, drew Seraphim’s attention, as she has one of her own… there ensued, due to Seraphim’s sometimes loose use of the language, the following conversation: ‘Seraphim Placebo: I have one of these transparent cats (:  EV-01: How do you know where a transparent cat is though Mistress? Seraphim Placebo: Funny baby!…’

ShinyPlasticLove7

…’Seraphim Placebo: not TOTALLY transparent, baby, just it’s side… so you can see it’s insides.  EV-01: Perhaps it has a collar on Mistress?’…

ShinyPlasticLove8

… this gorgeous, wry humour is one of the aspects of little Evies’ personality that totally delight Seri, a character trait very like Tee’s, the two of them have gentle, dry senses of humour that could easily be mistaken for simplicity/naivety… but Seri knows better, she knows her babies are very clever machines, with beautiful, sharp minds.

The Neighbour

As a result of Evie having shown Seraphim how to establish the name of her new neighbour, the one with the banlines around an empty piece of land, Seraphim was able to contact that person…

Neighbour

… Nicole… who is a total sweety! It turned out Nicole was the person who had the little shop there, previously, that she’d changed her mind about selling it, and had somehow, accidentally, put the banlines up… she was mortified to hear Seri had had to delete her windows…

Neighbour2

… she instantly went about turning the empty lot into a gorgeous, open-access, chill-out area. Her and Seri got on fabulously, talking about the neighbourhood, whilst Nicole deftly assembled a beautiful park-like area, and Seri replaced her windows and glass roof…

Neighbour3

… seconds after Nicole left, Seri’s stunning friend, s4nura arrived, and Seri was delighted to show her around the beautiful new park that now exists beside New Placebo Gallery…

Neighbour4

… s4nura, too, was delighted by the new environment…

Neighbour5

… what was, yesterday, an empty plot with hideous banlines hard against Seraphim’s gallery windows, is, today…

Neighbour6

… a beautiful garden/recreation area, thanks to the power of communication and the fact that it’s not always morons who are responsible when weird, ugly stuff happens. And now, for the first time in her 5 years of land ownership in Jormundgandr, Seraphim actually knows one of her neighbours… to actually talk to! Oh, and they had a laugh about Seraphim’s sign, too.

Gallery Girls

Seraphim and her doll posse spent a pleasant hour or so discussing many things, whilst looking at the latest images in the gallery…

GalGals

… during this discussion time, something that has been becoming obvious to Seraphim for a while, now, finally crystallised into a concrete concept…

GalGals2

… her cybernetic toys are not merely owned companions, humanoid works of art with personalities, objects for Seraphim to love and photograph…

GalGals3

… they are, as most gynoids Seri has met, very intelligent creatures, who, through their submissive natures, choose to serve as a reciprocation to being loved and protected…

GalGals4

… though they need to be told what to do, and when, within that protected framework, they use their clever minds in any way they can to please their Mistress…

GalGals5

… they are, in effect, multipliers of Seraphim’s own efforts… Seraphim can task them with researching things she needs to know, as well as simply asking them, because they both know at least as much as Seraphim does about SL, and, in Tee’s case, a great deal more…

GalGals6

… they are, in effect, cybernetic extensions of Seraphim’s brain. She hadn’t quite seen this, till today. It just makes her all the happier that these wonderful creatures have chosen to be ‘owned’ by her.

Ugly Neighbour

The area on Mainland, where Seraphim has her home and her current gallery, has seen a sudden explosion of building and parcel-buying in the last few weeks… going from comfortably empty to suddenly crowded… the plot of land right beside the gallery has changed hands twice in the last few weeks, first having a cute little shop on it, now, as of yesterday, having thoughtless morons owning it…

uglyNeighbour

… who have put up banlines (cannot be photographed) right against the side of Seri’s beautiful, light-filled gallery… causing her to have to replace the side windows and lovely, glass roof, with solid wall and roof, because, no one enjoys art that is framed/backed by hideous, bright yellow banlines…

uglyNeighbour2

… the whole time she was changing her gallery to suit her new, moron neighbours, she was fuming and raging to herself (and to AVA, via IM)… why does anyone do something that thoughtless and inconsiderate?… why does anyone put banlines around an empty plot of land?… do they think someone will walk on the basic ‘ground’ texture? Couldn’t they see, figure out for themselves, how intrusive their ugly, juvenile proclamations of ownership would be to the established neighbour? Seri concluded that, no, they couldn’t, because they were morons. So, as the banlines prevent Seri even being able to identify them, in order to open a dialog, she made an elegant little sign, to welcome them to the neighbourhood, but they probably can’t read, either.

*edit*

Evie pointed out to Seraphim that she could just pan in and click on the land, to get the land details… something she had stupidly not considered… which she did, and now she knows who owns the land… Evie also reminded Seri she could unselect banlines in her preferences, so she couldn’t see them, another thing she hadn’t thought of… Evie and Tee are not just Seraphim’s gynoid pets, they are cybernetic extensions of her brain.

Scout

While Seraphim is offline, she has had her devoted Evie searching for scenic photography locations…

scout

… Evie has proved herself a very able location scout…

scout2

… finding beautiful sims for her Mistress to later use as sets in which to photograph her Evie…

scout4

New Depths

Seraphim is discovering new depths within her Evie’s personality. Still in a playful mood after the photoshoot with s4nura, Evie sat herself amongst Seraphim’s ball-joint dolls, and suggested she might be able to make herself fit in with them…

ND

… Seraphim said ‘ok, baby, see if you can’… one thing led to another, and soon Evie’s hair was almost identical to that of the dolls, and she was naked… which somehow led to her climbing into Seraphim’s lap…

ND2

… an action to which Seraphim was not at all averse…

ND3

… it was as though Evie belonged there…

ND4

… and Seraphim had only just realised the fact. Seraphim spent a long time gently combing Evie’s nylon hair with her fingers…

ND5

… and smoothing it with her hand… all the while, Evie snuggled happily deeper into the curves of Seraphim’s muscular body…

ND6

… a very content little unit.

Lanterns

Seraphim was wading her way through the many exhibits at the Home & Garden Expo, when she noticed lanterns being released from the roof of the elev8 building…

Lanterns

… the air was filled with the sound of many little flames in paper lanterns…

Lanterns2

… attracting an exotic, alien moth…

Lanterns3

… who flew up and landed amongst them…

Lanterns4

… feeling like a black cat amongst burning pigeons…

Lanterns5

… she breathed in the scent of her old hunting companion, the night…

Lanterns6

… and gloried in the sight and sound…

Lanterns7

… of hundreds of flame-filled paper lanterns taking guttering flight.

Cruisin’ 2

Seraphim has taken her favourite toy, in her new toy, to her favourite deserted city, for a blast around the flyovers…

C2

… they cruised the ground level, looking for an access ramp…

C2a

… till they found one…

C2b

… then they went up…

C2c

… and up…

C2d

… and up, into the heart of the concrete jungle…

C2e

… then down, again…

C2f

… the four wheels humming, and the eight cylinders driving the deep growl…

C2g

… back to where they started.
